Course Title: Preventing, Recognizing, and Responding to Heat Stress - A course for electrical powerline installers and repairers. 

Training Purpose: A small electrical powerline repair company has experienced an increase in the number of hospitalizations resulting from heat-related illnesses and injuries among their linemen during the summer months. The goal of this training is to reduce the occurrence of heat stress and heat stroke among line workers.

The design document includes the business goal, learning objectives, recommended modality, estimated seat time, training outline, and assessment plan.

Course Title: Stand-Up Paddle Board for Beginners

Training Purpose: A small lakeside water sports rental club has recently added stand-up paddle boards to their rental equipment. Despite enthusiasm from club members, the rental rate of the new equipment has been significantly less than expected. Club members report being nervous about trying something new. The purpose of this training is to address common concerns and questions club members have about how to stand-up paddle board for the first time.

The design document includes the business goal, target audience, learning objectives, recommended modality, estimated seat time, training outline, and assessment plan.

Course Title: Unlocking Calm: Mastering Stress Management for Increased Workplace Wellness

Training Purpose: A large company with offices across the US has recently prioritized the well-being of its staff in order to enhance satisfaction, engagement, and productivity, while also promoting long-term organizational success. All employees were asked to complete a job satisfaction survey. This virtual instructor-led training will be attended by employees across all offices and departments whose survey responses indicated a need for and desire to learn practical strategies and resources to effectively manage stress, prevent burnout, and enhance resilience in the workplace.

This design document includes the business goal, target audience, terminal and enabling learning objectives, delivery method and approach, estimated seat time, list of deliverables, training outline, and assessment plan.
